Canadian Planners Collective Sale Feb. 27-Mar. 1, 2026 – Save 25% on Planner Stickers & 15% on Printables

The Canadian Planners Collective sale is coming up, and I keep thinking about how February always feels like this in-between space where the snow is still doing its thing outside, but inside I’m already mentally rearranging florals and pulling out softer colour palettes and pretending spring is closer than it probably is.

From February 27 to March 1, all stickers in the shop will be 25% off, and all printables will be 15% off, and we'll have some beautiful spring and Easter-themed new sticker kits for you all to enjoy! We're also working on expanding our printable collection to make it easier for you to mix and match collections in a variety of different formats.

New Planning Notepads & Vinyl Die Cut Stickers Launch

And this is the part that I've been secretly waiting to announce for months! I am super excited to launch two brand new product lines at the shop! These are not tiny add-ons or experimental side projects; they are full, intentional, built-from-the-ground-up additions to the shop that I have been refining and adjusting and reworking for months, making sure the artwork, the finishes, the sizing, the feel in your hands all align with the sticker kits you already love. So, picture your current Winterfield Studios spreads and then imagine them expanding off the page and onto your desk and your water bottle and tucked into planner pockets because this is that kind of expansion!

  1. NOTEPADS
  2. And VINYL DIE CUT STICKERS are coming to the shop!

Paper Notepads for Planning, To Do Lists, & Journaling

The notepads are proper paper notepads, 4" w by 5.25" h, 25 sheets of smooth 20 lb bond paper, around 75 gsm, which is just enough weight to feel easy to write on and not bulky. They’re not sticky notes, but the kind you tear off and tuck into a planner pocket or layer onto a spread, or use for a grocery list or a to do list. And, to top it off, the cardboard backing has the same exclusive artwork printed on it, so when you finish the pad, you can cut that backing off and use it as a journaling card, which creates what I hope is a special extra little detail you'll enjoy.

They coordinate with the sticker kits intentionally, so if you’re building a weekly spread with decorative boxes and washi scenes, you can add a matching notepad list for meal planning or gratitude tracking, and it won’t feel random or like it wandered in from another collection.

Premium & Standard Vinyl Die Cut Stickers for Planners & More

And then the die cuts.

I’ve been wanting to do these properly for a while.

There will be two types:

Premium die cuts are thicker vinyl, fully waterproof, smooth matte finish, vibrant artwork, great for water bottles, laptops, craft machines, things that get handled constantly, not dishwasher safe but realistically none of us are throwing our planners in the dishwasher anyway.

And then the Standard die cuts are slightly thinner, water-resistant, perfect for dashboards, journals, and layered decorative clusters, and they have a little logo printed on the removable liner backing, so they still feel finished and intentional when you peel them off.

These new releases are little pieces of art that can leave the planner page and travel somewhere else, which I kind of love.

CPC Sale Tiered Planner Sticker Freebies Explained

Now the sale part.

During the CPC sale, physical sticker orders qualify for tiered freebies, and they’re calculated after discounts and before shipping, which I know sounds technical, but it matters because I don’t want anyone confused when they’re watching their cart totals.

There’s a $10 minimum tier, and that one is a small sampler sheet with coordinating florals and accents pulled from the Luminous Conservatory artwork, something you can layer into a weekly spread or tuck into a journaling cluster to test the palette.

There’s a $30 minimum tier, and that unlocks a mini sheet with two decorative boxes pulled from the Luminous Conservatory artwork and coordinating colour swatches, soft aqua, muted mauve, sage, that slightly dusty purple that makes everything look calm.

At $50, the freebie becomes a full decorative sheet with florals, potted plants, stacked books, gardening details, things you can scatter across a weekly layout and pretend you’re journaling in a glass greenhouse instead of at your kitchen table.

At $80, it expands again with larger scene elements and torn paper accents and layered florals that feel like they were clipped out of a scrapbook and carefully placed.

And at $95, the largest tier, you receive the full coordinating freebie sheet with functional elements, weekday scripts, layered frames, more of those painterly florals in aqua pots, and honestly, this one feels like it could almost be its own mini kit.

I designed the tiers to build on each other, so it feels cohesive if you unlock more than one, like it’s unfolding rather than just adding random extras.

And if you’re in the VIP Facebook group and you mention the February/March secret code in the comments of your sticker order, there’s a bonus freebie tucked in there as well, which makes it feel a little more personal, like you’re part of the inside conversation.

What’s Going in Your Planner Sticker Cart?

I keep thinking about how these sales aren’t just about percentages off, even though 25% off planner stickers is not insignificant, it’s about that moment when you’re building a cart and imagining your next spread and mentally rearranging your sticker drawer and justifying why yes, you absolutely do need coordinating die cuts now because they match the notepad and the kit and everything feels aligned.

If you’ve been waiting to grab scene sticker kits for journaling, decorative planner stickers, layered florals for memory keeping, printable journaling sheets for gratitude tracking, this is the window.

What’s already on your list for the sale, are you more of a physical sticker person or do you lean into printables lately, and are you adding notepads or die cuts to your cart first because I genuinely want to know how you’re thinking about it right now.
