How long it takes to prepare and package your order before it ships.

No one likes to wait for happy mail, so here’s a clear breakdown of what to expect.

Orders are shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada using Canada Post letter mail unless tracked shipping is selected.

Standard Processing Time:
2 to 3 weeks

During large group sales, collaboration events, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended. If you have any questions about your order timeline, feel free to reach out.

Premium Packaging

Happy mail should feel special from the moment it arrives.

All orders are carefully packaged using premium materials, including protective tissue paper and clear sleeves, to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include more than just postage.

Rates are calculated based on a 12-month average of shipping expenses by country and product type. This includes postage, packaging materials, handling, and shipping label costs.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per country for consistency and simplicity.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Winterfield Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, including strikes.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Canada Post standard delivery.

If you would like to upgrade to expedited or tracked shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional charges will apply.

Tracking Information

Tracked shipping is available for an additional fee. Please ensure you select the correct shipping method at checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be provided for standard lettermail.
