Frequently Asked Questions
There are lot's of fun and exciting activities going on behind the scenes of my shop, so here's the scoop on some frequently asked questions that may help you understand what you can expect when placing an order at my shop. If you have a question that's not noted below, please feel free to give me a shout.
Where are your products created?
All products are created in a smoke-free environment located in Edmonton, Alberta in Canada. I have two dedicated rooms in our house where your orders are designed, processed, and packaged. You can trust that these rooms are sanitized and cleaned thoroughly every day, so your orders protected.
Packaging & Personalization
All card orders are packaged carefully and include a white envelope. Personalized and hand designed envelopes are available upon request, but an additional fee may apply. All planner product orders are also wrapped carefully to ensure the protection of your order.
I need a customized message on the inside of the card. How can I get this?
I'd be happy to provide a customized stamped message (with embossing powder like silver, gold, and other colours or just an ink stamped message) or a handwritten message with a nice font in a multitude of colours. Just let me know in the order notes when you place your order.
How long does a product take to make?
My goal is to provide quality handmade planner products, greeting cards, and paper crafts, including planner paper clips and other accessories, so I take great pride in crafting every little detail of these products by hand. Most of my accessories like flowers, flourishes, tags, and overlays are handmade rather than purchased pre-made. This means that the end product takes several hours of love to finalize from the initial design I draw in Illustrator, or on paper, through to the very last element. This also means that some colouring may vary on the same products as these are handmade.
Do you take custom orders?
I do! Please contact me to share your ideas, and I'll set up a custom listing for you if it's a project I can take on for you. I'm looking forward to creating something special just for you! Please keep in mind that I may add the item to my shop and allow others to purchase it.
Which sticker paper do you use?
I use a combination of Premium Matte Sticker Paper (permanent) and Premium Transparent (clear) Sticker Paper. Both types can be written on with any type of pen.
